Project-Shovel

Woke to a beautiful scene outside, a fresh powder blanket of at least 3 inches. Snow day, first of the school year. After special silver dollar pancakes and sone chill time i was ready to do some shoveling of course. The girls were a little slow to catch on to my excitement of going out to shovel but we layered up and headed out.

I've always loved to shovel and am usually the person tasked to do it. Unless of course you need your car shoveled with a real shovel. Yep that would be my other half. That is why we own a special snow pusher made for cars now.

Car, check. Driveway... Yeah that's another story. I searched high and low but to no avail, our shovel is missing. Thanks to the great neighbors we were soon in luck. So we checked that off the list too.

Followed up snow playing with an impromptu play date followed by a dinner of my homemade ravioli. This day also marks my first day of no spending in 2011, which for some reason or another has been a challenge for me until today.
